Hey Boys!
A story I shot for 192 Magazine just right before I left for New York is out now -
it is one of my favourites ever. I’m so in love with those guys.
You can have a look at the story on the 192 magazine’s website or you can grab a copy somewhere in in Mexico City, Berlin and Paris - go, get it!

Dear New York City people,
I need your help!
I’m shooting an fashion editorial next Wednesday (July 25th!) and my location happens to be not available. So now I’m urgently looking for a place to shoot a fall-ish and cozy but sexy story. It needs to be an apartment that has an atmosphere with some space to move around. Windows also would be nice (and they shouldn’t face a brickwall).
I’d really really appreciate it if you would contact me if you (or someone you know) have an apartment like this and would share it with me and my team next week.
Please also reblog and make this happen. Thank you! ♥

I updated my portfolio with a story I have shot way back in February.
I had planned to do a story like this for almost one year but it never happened. So I gladly appreciated that fashion went into a super sporty direction and a magazine was willing to let me shoot this for them.
Unfortunately they kicked the story right before the deadline because they thought it was too subtle.
But fortunately I found another german magazine who loved the whole setting and wanted to publish it in their next issue.
For a second time though the story was kicked out - this time I don’t know why. It should’ve come out today, so:
I love this story and I want you to have a look at it.
Andrea & Arnt, May 12th 2012.

I feel like I’d ruin the simplicity and beauty of what’s going on between those two, if I’d share any more thoughts.
(It’ll be enough wedding stuff for a while though. I guess.)

Another little update with a story I shot (already) almost two months ago.
Click through.
Well, there it is.
I made a small adjustment on my website.
You’re very welcome to browse through it.
There’s going to be some more exciting things coming up in the near future. But before I’m going on vacation for quite some time I thought I’d share this little update with you.

And for more: there’s still Facebook.

This has been the first story I had shot in the new studio earlier this year and I must say I love to have started with such a great thing.
The whole story is published in the current issue of LE MILE and you should have a look.
It also made in on the cover - which is my first cover and makes me very proud.

A Mermaid Story
I have a very different point of view concerning things I find beautiful.
I usually find this not only okay but also appealing to create something different from what people expect. But sometimes…
I shot this back in December and have been trying to get the whole story out since. But people seem to find this too unusal. Which makes me sad as I find this is one of the most beautiful pictures I have created in a long time.
So I thought I’d share this with you today.

It’s so unbelievable how time flies.
While I was looking for some old files for a client I came across this story I shot in December of 2009. This has been my first fashion story ever and I do have to admit that it’s still one of my favourites.

GPOYT - working in the new studio - Edition
It’s still a bit cold in here but the desks and chairs are all set up. Feels good.
2012 is already forcing me to move forwards and I couldn’t think of any better. Loving it.
Once in a while I receive cautious emails about whether I would help someone with their photography or talk about my work. Yeah, I do.
Please feel free to keep those coming. I’m for sure not able to help all the time but it’s always nice to grab a coffee together and talk about what’s going on.
Same goes for stylists or hair/makeup-artists, contact me if you think we should work together.
Well, all kind of people should email me or use the ask function - I’m open for any kind of fun and productive collaboration. Let’s do this!

First portrait of the year.
New year, new studio, but still working on that portrait project.
Another summary.
